Diagnose it before you replace it
Step-by-step guides for excavator fault diagnosis, testing procedures, maintenance intervals and parts identification. Written so a mechanic can follow them with the machine in front of them.
Published by Guangzhou Shenyue Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. — an independent excavator parts supplier working out of Guangzhou since 2007.
Start with the problem you have
Four sections cover the way repair work actually happens: something is wrong, you have to confirm what, you keep the machine running, and eventually you have to buy the part. Start wherever you are.
Troubleshooting
Start from what the machine is doing and work back to the failed component.
Open section →Testing and How-To
Pressure, flow, oil and wear measurements — the tests that decide the answer.
Open section →Maintenance
Service intervals, fluid selection and wear limits — planned, not reactive.
Open section →Parts Knowledge
Part numbers, grades and interchange — so the order arrives right.
Open section →Why a supplier would publish this
Because most failed-part inquiries we receive are missing the three facts needed to quote correctly. Guides that explain how a component is tested produce better inquiries and fewer wrong parts shipped.
Every guide states its limits
Where a figure depends on machine model or serial number, the guide says so and tells you to confirm against the nameplate. We do not publish a number that only applies to one machine as if it applies to all of them.
Grades are always named
When a guide reaches the point of replacing a part, it explains what genuine, OEM-quality and aftermarket lines actually differ in — and why the cheapest line is sometimes the right call and sometimes is not.
Confirm before you pay
Every inquiry path ends the same way: we confirm fitment from the machine model and serial number before money changes hands. That is the step that prevents the expensive mistake.
